CST AND PICCADILLY TEAM UP FOR TEXT CAMPAIGN

  • Email To A Friend

NEW ORLEANS – Cox Sports Television (CST) and Piccadilly Restaurants have joined forces on a text messaging ad campaign, as announced today by the 24-hour regional sports network.

The campaign offers viewers the opportunity to win a $250 gift card from Piccadilly to cater a “Big Game Party” for 10 people catered by their nearest Piccadilly. In advance of all the college bowl games and even the National Football League postseason games, Piccadilly is conducting a sweepstakes via text messaging to award this prize to one lucky winner.

CST viewers are encouraged to text “DILLY” to 269411 to enter to win. A winner will be selected on December 22, 2009 and awarded the gift card, which can be used for any event they wish to be catered. Text message advertising will provide Piccadilly another platform to communicate with its customers and broadcast special offers.

“We are very excited to have this union with Piccadilly,” said CST Director of Sales John Barranco.  “We are looking forward to making it a great partnership.”

"Piccadilly is excited to partner with Cox Sports on our first ever mobile competition," said Piccadilly VP of Marketing Angele Anson. "This is a fun new concept for Piccadilly and we look forward to celebrating with our winners."
