COX SPORTS TELEVISION ANNOUNCES SUPER BOWL COVERAGE
NEW ORLEANS - History was made last night in the Louisiana Superdome as the New Orleans Saints won the NFC crown and earned the franchise’s first-ever Super Bowl appearance. The Saints will travel to Miami and face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, February 7 in Super Bowl XLIV. Cox Sports Television will be there to share with the Who Dat Nation. CST, the exclusive regional sports network home of the NFC Champion New Orleans Saints, announced today its wall-to-wall coverage of the Black and Gold.
CST's coverage of the Saints will begin with Saints Tonight! Wednesday, January 27th at 8:30pm from the Louisiana Machinery Studios in New Orleans. Show host Paul Crane will breakdown the big game match-up with former Saints linebacker Pat Swilling. The duo will breakdown the key match-ups of the game and get the Colts perspective when they go “Behind Enemy Lines”. As usual, Saints Insider Mike Nabors will join in and provide player interviews that include QB Drew Brees.
Nabors will also provide daily updates and reports from Miami in the form of “The Saints Minute”, which is a sixty-second update following practice, and “The Saints Report”, which will be a feature-length package about the goings on of the day. All daily features will also live on demand at CST Now! and on CST’s website http://www.coxsportstv.com.
On Sunday, January 31st, CST will originate its coverage LIVE from South Florida at 10:30pm with Crane and co-host Victor Howell. CST’s stable of reporters, which also includes Eric Richey, will give Saints fans in-depth and exclusive looks of the Black and Gold as they prepare to play for the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
CST will also take advantage of its social networking platforms in Facebook, Twitter and YOUTUBE. Become a fan of CST on Facebook and enjoy blogs, videos, photos and more from South Florida.
